Refund Policy

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

At Atomic Fitness LLC, we value fairness, transparency, and professionalism while maintaining policies that align with industry standards. Because personal training and coaching services reserve specific time slots and involve customized work, all sales are considered final except where otherwise stated below.
 

1. General Policy

All purchases of personal training sessions, packages, memberships, digital programs, or merchandise must be paid in full prior to
service or delivery. Once purchased, services are non-transferable except as described in Section 7.

2. All Sales Final for Services

Due to the individualized nature of our services, all sales are final. Cancellations, missed sessions, or unused time within a plan do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds will only be considered if Atomic Fitness LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, or if the client experiences a verified qualifying event as described below.


3. Exceptions and Eligibility

Refunds or credits may be requested (documentation may be requested but is not required) only in the following circumstances:

  • Verified medical condition preventing participation.

  • Relocation more than 25 miles from Tujunga, California.

  • Trainer unavailability exceeding 14 consecutive days.

If approved, the refund will equal the value of unused sessions (price ÷ total sessions × unused sessions) minus actual transaction fees and a 10 % administrative fee.
Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.

Clients may opt to receive the equivalent training credit instead of cash refund.


4. Digital Products and Merchandise

  • Digital programs, downloads, or media are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

  • Merchandise may be exchanged or refunded only if defective or damaged upon receipt, in accordance with California consumer law.


5. Payment Method and Transparency

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. The refunded amount will clearly reflect deductions for processing and administrative fees.


6. Processing Timeline

Refund requests, if eligible, are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are completed within 10–14 business days.


7. Transfer of Unused Sessions

Unused sessions within their valid window (60 days from purchase) may be transferred to another client with written approval from Atomic Fitness LLC.
